Doulas are inherently giving people. But what blocks us from receiving, financially, emotionally, in care for ourselves? We'll use gentle tapping (EFT) alongside conversation to explore what's underneath the pattern. Come sit with other birth workers in a safe space to give that part of yourself some attention too.
