Weekly live call. Monday nights, 8:00–8:30pm ET, drop-in Zoom. Come when you can, skip when you can't.

Community, always on. A private Facebook group and a WhatsApp group for the questions that come up between Mondays.

The full module library. Three training sections, ~23 modules total, plus Black Brilliance and a growing set of forms, worksheets, and reference tools. Self-paced, and it keeps expanding.

How healthcare, insurance, child welfare, and social services actually work, and where a birth worker fits as a bridge for the families you support. Includes an applied case study and a scenario exercise, plus modules on rights, bias, safety in the room, and community resources.
Doula Business (9 modules + knowledge check)
From your first client inquiry through contract, documentation, HIPAA, marketing, and the day-to-day reality of running this as a business. Comes with a full forms starter kit: service contract, prenatal and postpartum intake forms, and birth preferences worksheets.
Obstetric Racism & Advocacy (4 modules + knowledge check)
Recognizing coercion, understanding obstetric racism and violence, and what it means to bear witness and support informed choice through labor, birth, and the newborn period.

Our anti-racism training module, now with its own knowledge check.
