Birth workers witness and hold deep emotional experiences — joy, fear, grief, intensity, and transformation. Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) offer a gentle, evidence-informed way to support emotional regulation and nervous system balance during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.

This in-person EFT training is designed specifically for birth and postpartum professionals. It focuses on ethical, trauma-aware, scope-appropriate use of EFT, with practical tools you can integrate into your work immediately.

✨ In this training, you’ll explore:

  • How EFT supports emotional regulation and the stress response

  • When and how birth pros can appropriately introduce EFT with clients

  • Simple tapping sequences for common perinatal stressors

  • Using EFT for your own grounding, boundaries, and sustainability in this work

 

No prior EFT experience is required.
