Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) for Doulas:

Trauma-Aware Emotional Support in the Perinatal Period

Pregnant Woman Resting

EFT

Sunday, Dec 13, 1-5pm ET Via Zoom

Birth workers witness and hold deep emotional experiences — joy, fear, grief, intensity, and transformation. Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) offer a gentle, evidence-informed way to support emotional regulation and nervous system balance during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.

This live EFT training is designed specifically for birth and postpartum professionals. It focuses on ethical, trauma-aware, scope-appropriate use of EFT, with practical tools you can integrate into your work immediately.

✨ In this training, you’ll explore:

  • How EFT supports emotional regulation and the stress response

  • When and how birth pros can appropriately introduce EFT with clients

  • Simple tapping sequences for common perinatal stressors

  • Using EFT for your own grounding, boundaries, and sustainability in this work

No prior EFT experience is required.
