Women learning together in joy

About

Welcome This training begins with relationship — with yourself, with others, and with the work. It is designed to support your growth as a doula over time, not to rush or define it. The self‑study modules you’ll find in this program are supplemental. They are here to expand language, deepen understanding, and support confidence across the full scope of doula work. They are meant to *enhance* what we build together — not replace it. The real learning happens in relationship. It happens in conversation, reflection, practice, and lived experience. It happens when we come together to question, to listen, to make mistakes, to repair, and to grow. It happens in real time, with real people, in real situations. As you move through the self‑paced learning, remember: this is not a crash course. You are not expected to know everything. Doula work is not about mastery or performance — it is about presence, accountability, and care. Yes, skills matter. Theory matters. Physiology matters. And at the same time, your core — your values, your integrity, your advocacy, your ability to stay grounded and human — is the most important tool you bring into the room. So do the work. Study. Reflect. And also give yourself and your clients grace. Practice, not perfection. A learner’s mind. Curiosity over certainty. You matter here — not just as a future doula, but as a whole person. We’re glad you’re here.
