Samantha Cave

Birth & Postpartum Doula - York, SC

Samantha Cave is a birth doula known for her unwavering commitment to the families she serves and the care community she’s part of. Deeply invested, thoughtful, and consistently present, Samantha approaches birth work with both heart and diligence—bringing calm support alongside thorough, evidence-based preparation.

A devoted parent of three, Samantha understands firsthand how powerful, emotional, and transformative the journey into parenthood can be. Her lived experience as a mother shapes the way she supports clients: with deep respect for each family’s story, patience for the unknowns, and a steady belief that how you feel during birth truly matters.

Samantha is the kind of doula who goes the extra mile—digging into research, exploring options, and helping families understand their choices so they can move forward with confidence. She believes informed decision-making is a cornerstone of respectful care, and she takes pride in offering support that is both personalized and grounded in current evidence.

Beyond her work with clients, Samantha is a generous presence within the doula community. She shows up for her peers, offers support in real time, and remains committed to learning, growing, and serving with integrity. Her persistence, reliability, and compassion are felt by everyone who works alongside her.

Samantha has completed her training through DONA International and serves families in Rock Hill, South Carolina and the surrounding areas. She supports hospital, birth center, and home births, as well as medicated, unmedicated, and cesarean experiences. No matter the path, Samantha’s goal is the same: for families to feel heard, respected, and supported every step of the way.
