Hi, I’m Mona White-Ortega. For more than 18 years, I have had the incredible privilege of supporting families as they welcome their babies into the world. As a professional birth doula, I provide compassionate, personalized care throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period. I believe birth is a transformative experience—one that deserves to be approached with respect, knowledge, and unwavering support.

Every family is unique, and I am committed to honoring your choices, your voice, and your vision for your birth experience. Whether I am serving clients through AHCCCS, partnering with agencies, or working directly with families, my goal remains the same: to create a calm, supportive environment where you feel informed, empowered, and deeply cared for.

My role is to offer emotional encouragement, physical comfort, evidence-based information, and a steady, reassuring presence during one of life’s most meaningful moments.
